From Executive Project to Clear Budget
1 - First call
Leave us your details and we'll call you. During that call, we'll understand your situation, answer any questions you may have, and confirm if you're ready to move forward.
2 - We reviewed your documentation
You send us the necessary documentation (Executive Project + measurements and annexes) and we check that it is complete in order to budget on a real basis.
3 - Detailed budget
We prepare your quote based on your detailed project plan.
Estimated timeframe: 1–2 weeks (depending on complexity and documentation).
4 - Session to Build Tranquility
We'll meet at our office, explain the budget, answer your questions, and agree on the next steps.
How the Tranquil Building Session Works
The session is a clear and practical meeting to explain the budget to you before you decide.
- Before the session: We receive your Construction Project, analyze it, review your architect’s input, and prepare the budget.
- During the session: We present the budget item by item, answer any questions, and clearly define the scope and criteria.
- At the end of the session: You leave with a clear understanding of the budget and the scope: what’s included, what remains open, and what can be modified.
If it makes sense for both of us, we discuss how to continue working together. If not, you leave with the information you need to make a confident decision.Our goal is simple: to organize your ideas and clearly define the construction budget and scope, so you know how to move forward with confidence toward building your home.
